Terms & Conditions

These conditions set out clearly and simply the responsibilities which Paspatou Tours have to you and which you in turn have to us.

All day and evening tours must be paid in full at the time of booking vie the on-line booking system.
All tours are non-refundable and cannot be credited when cancelled by the customer or when the customer is not present at the time of departure from the agreed pick-up point.
Once payment has been accepted you will receive an e-mail confirming the pick-up point, time and any additional information which you may find useful for the trip.
Reservations which involve an overnight stay can be paid in two stages. A deposit of 50 euros per person at the time of booking and the balance within eight weeks of the trip. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer when the balance is due but cannot take responsibility for late payment.

We reserve the right to make amendments such as pick-up points or the itinerary and we will do our best to keep you informed.
We reserve the right to cancel a tour for reasons beyond our control such as insufficient bookings, extreme weather conditions, changes or cancellation of a programme of events. Should any of these occur we will refund 100% of monies paid.

All customers are responsible for themselves throughout the trip.
We cannot be held responsible for any loss or expenses suffered by customers who fail to be at the stated collection point at the stated time of departure.
We are not responsible for any damage, loss or injury to customers or their possessions throughout the duration of the trip.
We are not responsible in any way for customers vehicles, including where they parked at the pick-up points.
